Mr. Galuchie is the President and Chief Operating Officer of T.R. Winston & Company, a position he has held since 1989. Prior to joining T.R. Winston, he was employed by Coopers & Lybrand, now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Galuchie is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of American Bank Incorporated located in Allentown, PA. Mr. Galuchie is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. Mr. Galuchie holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 53, 55, 63 and 79 licenses.
