Our investment banking team has represented clients in approximately $150 billion worth of transactions across a variety of S&P sectors, with a particular emphasis on Healthcare and Energy. In Healthcare, our team maintains domain expertise in biotechnology, large capitalization pharmaceuticals, specialty pharmaceuticals, generic medicines, medical devices, healthcare services and facilities, and healthcare information technology.

Our corporate and investment banking activities in Healthcare often involve advisory services in the areas of regulatory and reimbursement matters; and legislative, policy and government affairs.

With respect to the energy industry, our team provides advisory and financial services; and, like Healthcare, we often take an active investment approach through our merchant banking activities. We also serve clients in digital media, retail, and certain other emerging growth sectors.
